Active Energy, the London quoted renewable energy, forestry management and timber processing business, received notification on 30 November 2016 that following the issue of 88,722,779 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 29 November 2016, as detailed in the announcement dated 24 November 2016, the 71,085,018 Ordinary Shares held by Ruffer LLP now represent 9% of the total issued share capital with voting rights of Active Energy.
