Active Energy, the London quoted international biomass based renewable energy and forestry management business announces that following the Admission of the 41,733,333 New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM earlier today, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 983,071,277 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company currently holds 33,212,841 Ordinary Shares in Treasury and the figure of 949,858,436 Ordinary Shares may therefore be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. This figure includes the 83,333,334 Ordinary Shares that were issued pursuant to the Company's announcement regarding a £1.75m Fundraising which was announced on 1 November 2017.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 ("MAR").
