Correction: Director's Dealings

The Company's RNS released at 07:00am on 1 October 2015 in relation to the director dealing of Richard Spinks incorrectly stated the percentage that Mr Spinks' holdings represent of the Company's issued share capital with voting rights following the transaction.

Following the purchase, Mr Spinks is beneficially interested in approximately 1.72% of the Company's issued share capital with voting rights.

Active Energy Group Plc (AIM: AEG.L), the London Stock Exchange AIM-quoted international supplier of wood fibre products for MDF manufacturing, global forestry and natural resources development services, and Biomass for Energy (BFE) coal replacement fuel solutions and processing systems, announces that it has today been notified that on 30 September 2015 Mr Richard Spinks, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, purchased 200,000 Shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 5.7 pence (£0.057) per Share.

Following this purchase, Mr Spinks is beneficially interested in 9,987,000 Shares, representing approximately 1.72% of the Company's issued share capital with voting rights.
