Directors Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 14 May 2008 Marcelo Junqueira, Chief Executive Officer of CEB, acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 85.5p per share.
Following this acquisition, Marcelo Junqueira is interested in 1,456,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.99 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Junqueira is also joint owner of Agropecuaria Orlando Prado Diniz Junqueira, which owns 20% of Temple Capital Partners Limited, which in turn is interested in a further 10,010,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing a further approximately 6.78 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
