Directors Shareholdings

The Company announces that on 24 July 2008, as a result of the internalisation of the investment management announced on 8 April 2008 and following the subsequent liquidation of Temple Capital Partners Limited, the following ordinary shares ("shares") in CEB were distributed by the liquidator to directors of CEB and companies in which directors of CEB have a direct or beneficial  interest:

Mr Timothy Walker - 751 shares

Mr Marcelo Junqueira - 2,005,003 shares

Mr Richard Jewson - 1,502 shares

Following this distribution, the directors of CEB and companies in which directors of CEB have an interest are

interested in the following numbers of shares and percentages of the ordinary share capital of CEB:

Mr Timothy Walker - 25,751 shares (0.02%)

Mr Marcelo Junqueira - 3,418,079 shares (2.32%)

Mr Richard Jewson - 51,502 shares (0.03%)
