The Company was advised on 5 March 2009 that on 5 March 2009, Dusko Lukic, Non-Executive Director, acquired 32,500 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at 13p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Lukic has a total beneficial interest in 32,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.15% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
