Director Dealing

The Company was advised on 16 March 2009 that between 10 March 2009 and 16 March 2009, Dusko Lukic, Non-Executive Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at prices ranging from 14p to 15p per share. 

Following this purchase, Mr Lukic has a total beneficial interest in 42,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.20% of the current issued share capital of the Company. 

The Company was also advised on 17 March 2009 that between 6 March 2009 and 16 March 2009, Roger Wilson, Chairman, acquired 17,500 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at prices ranging from 13.5p to 16p per share. 

Following this purchase, Mr Wilson has a total beneficial interest in 778,300 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.69% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
