Death of a Director
The Board of AdEPT announces with much regret that Christopher Fishwick, the Company's Non-Executive Deputy Chairman, has died unexpectedly.
On behalf of the Company and its shareholders, the Board expresses its recognition and gratitude for Christopher's outstanding dedication and service as a director since 2009.
Roger Wilson, Chairman of AdEPT, said: "Chris will be remembered by all directors and employees of AdEPT for his fantastic contribution and support. He was a highly valued member of our team and a good friend. Chris brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to the Company and was a true foundation for its success. My colleagues and I extend our deepest sympathy to his family."
