Update On CVA

 

Further to the announcement on 12 November 2012, the Company announces that, on 5 December 2012, creditors approved a proposal to delay, by three months, the final payment date under the CVA dated June 2011. The amount of £250,000 is therefore now due for payment in March 2013.
