Pan Pacific Aggregates plc
("PPA" or the "Company")
Share Purchase
Pan Pacific Aggregates plc (AIM:PPA), an operator of quarries in British Columbia, today announces the following dealings in the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") by Fiona McAlpine, wife of Euan McAlpine, Executive Director of PPA.
Mrs McAlpine today purchased 1,500,000 ordinary shares at a price of £0.0032 pence per share. Following this transaction, in aggregate, Mr. and Mrs. Euan McAlpine now hold an interest in 95,180,555 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.0% of the Company's issued share capital.
