DIRECTORS' DEALING
Pan Pacific Aggregates plc (the "Company")Β was informed onΒ 8Β JulyΒ 2009 that, onΒ 7 July 2009,Β Euan McAlpine, a director of the Company,Β purchasedΒ 3,000,000Β ordinary sharesΒ at a price ofΒ 0.4166667pΒ per share.
The Company was also informed on 8 July 2009 that, on the same day, Mr McAlpine, purchased a further 625,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.35p per share.
Following theseΒ transactions, Mr McAlpine'sΒ beneficial interest in the Company is 3,625,000Β ordinary shares, representing approximatelyΒ 0.53Β per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
The issued share capital of the Company comprisesΒ 686,754,512Β ordinary shares ofΒ 0.1pΒ each.
