Facilities by ADF plc (AIM:ADF), the leading provider of premium serviced production facilities to the UK film and high-end television industry ("HETV"), announces that it was notified on 23 February 2026 that Joanne Goodson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 15,349 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 32.73 pence per Ordinary Share on 13 November 2024.
Following the purchase, Joanne Goodson has a beneficial interest in 15,349 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
The notification below is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
