Notice of EGM
(London & Dubai, 15 October 2019)
ADES International Holding PLC (LON: ADES) (the "Company"), the London-listed company providing offshore and onshore oil and gas drilling and production services in the Middle East and Africa through its subsidiaries, today announces that a notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company (the "EGM Notice") was sent to the Company's shareholders on 15 October 2019.
The EGM Notice will shortly be available for download on the Company's website at investors.adihgroup.com.
Furthermore, in accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, the EGM Notice is also being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available to be viewed at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The Company will be holding its Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday 30 October 2019 at 4:00 p.m. (Cairo time) at ADES - Advanced Energy Systems, Floor 35, 66 Zahret El Maadi Tower, (Cornish El Nile) Maadi, Cairo, Egypt.
