Global Pharm UPDATE
Further to the announcement on 30 November 2015 concerning payments due from Global Pharm Holdings Group Inc. ("Global Pharm"), the Company announces that a further US$375,000 (net to ADAM) has been received.
Monthly payments are subject to Global Pharm's working capital requirements. Global Pharm has informed the Company's investment manager, Adamas Global Alternative Investment Management Inc. that it intends to resume monthly payments in March 2016. Overdue payments are subject to the penalties set out in the announcement of 26 October 2015.
Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
