Global Pharm UPDATE
Further to the announcement on 27 January 2016 concerning payments due from Global Pharm Holdings Group Inc. ("Global Pharm"), the Company has been informed that Global Pharm is not yet in a position to resume monthly payments. The Company's investment manager, Adamas Global Alternative Investment Management Inc., is in discussions with Global Pharm regarding a revised repayment plan.
Monthly payments are subject to Global Pharm's working capital requirements. Overdue payments are subject to the penalties set out in the announcement of 26 October 2015.
Further announcements will be made as appropriate.
