The Company was notified on 20 April 2018 that Barry Lau, Managing Partner of Adamas Asset Management (HK) Limited (which is associated with the Company's investment manager, Harmony Capital Investors Limited), acquired 113,360 ordinary shares of no par value each in ADAM on 17 April 2018 at a price of US$0.635 per share.
As a result, Mr. Lau is interested in 402,968 ordinary shares, representing 0.52% of the Company's issued share capital.
