The Company was informed on 7 March 2011 that on 4 March 2011 Chau Vinh Heng (Jacky), Non-Executive Vice Chairman, sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company at a price of $0.50 per share. Following this sale, Mr Chau now holds 6,114,180 ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
