BROKER UPDATE
Adamas Finance Asia Limited ("ADAM" or the "Company") (AIM: ADAM) is pleased to announce that Edmond de Rothschild Securities (UK) Limited ("EDR") will be sole broker to the Company with immediate effect.
The Company believes that EDR will position it more strongly to attract investment from institutional investors with a focus on emerging market funds.
As part of the wider Rothschild group, EDR has a successful track record advising on strategy and implementation for globally-based investment companies such as ADAM, and provides access to an extensive UK and international investor client base. It has at the same time established a key position as an adviser in the debt-funding market.
EDR is making a market in ADAM shares and has recently published detailed research on the Company.
