Adamas Finance Asia Limited, the London quoted pan-Asian diversified investment vehicle, today announces that Ernest Wong, non-executive director of the Company, has resigned with effect from 03 June 2019 in order to focus on his other work commitments.
ADAM's Chairman, John Croft, commented:
"On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank Ernest for his long standing years of service on the ADAM Board, during a period which has seen a significant transformation of the company with a new investment manager, investment strategy and a transformed portfolio. We thank him for his valued contributions to the Company and wish him well in his next endeavours."
