Carpathian PLC (AIM: CPT), was today informed of the purchase of 100,000 ordinary shares of EUR0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company by Mr Tim Walker, Non-Executive Director, on 17 December 2009 at EUR 0.202 per Ordinary Share for his pension scheme.
As a result of this transaction, Mr Walker's beneficial holding in the Company is 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's total voting rights.
