Adamind Ltd21 December 2006 21 December 2006 ADAMIND SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH LEADING TELECOM SUPPLIER TO OFFER DEVICE DATABASE PROVISIONING UPDATE SERVICE Service is available to all the telecom supplier's current and future MMSC clients worldwide deploying the Adamind SpireTM Messaging Suite Adamind Ltd. (LSE: ADA) ("Adamind" or the "Company"), a global supplier of software that enables mobile multimedia content and converged communications services over any device or network, announces that it has signed an agreement with one of its leading channel partners to offer its device database update service to the telecom supplier's network infrastructure clients. The service will be offered globally to all current and future clients of the telecom supplier deploying the Adamind SpireTM Messaging Suite. The SpireTM Messaging Suite has been deployed by the telecom supplier in morethan 50 operators' multimedia messaging centres (MMSCs) worldwide, includingtop-tier operators in Europe and Asia. For this win, Adamind will receive a setlicensing fee per operator deploying the service. The company expects initiallyto generate approximately $250K revenue from this deal, with revenue increasingthroughout the year as more of the customer base deploys this service. This isthe second such deal signed by Adamind this year following a previous deploymentat a European customer.
