4.  Additional Details: 

At the relevant date, there was no change in the number of shares held by Epsilon Investment House Ltd. ("Epsilon Investments") however, Epsilon Investments ceased to be an Interested Party in the Corporation due to a decrease of the aggregate holdings together with Clal Insurance Enterprises Holdings Ltd. and Clal Finance Ltd., all (indirect) subsidiaries of IDB Holding Corporation Ltd., and in addition due to the sale of holdings of Manor Investments - IDB Ltd. that together with others controls IDB Holding Corporation Ltd.
