Acta S.p.A. announces that on 9 October 2008 it was informed that Bertam S.r.l., a company controlled by Paolo Bert (Chief Executive Officer), had, on 8 October 2008, acquired 60,000 ordinary shares of Eur 0.006 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, at a price of 6.5 pence per share.
Following the acquisition, Mr Bert holds an interest in 17,313,022 Ordinary Shares, representing 42.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
