Acta SpA ("Acta" or "the Company")
Director's Disclosure
The Chairman of Acta, Mr Robert Drummond, is also a director of Cornerstone Developments (Holdings) Limited ("CDH"), a UK residential property development company. Cornerstone Developments Limited ("Cornerstone") is a wholly owned subsidiary of CDH and Mr Drummond is also a director of Cornerstone. As a result of the downturn in the UK property market Cornerstone has been placed into Creditors' Voluntary Liquidation.
This disclosure is made as a matter of record in accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules. Other than Mr Drummond's directorship, the events at Cornerstone have no connection with Acta and have no impact on Acta or its business.
