Actif Group PLC10 August 2005 Actif Group plc ('Actif Group' or 'Company') Board Changes Actif Group is delighted to announce the appointment to its Board of CatherineScorey as its new Commercial Director with immediate effect. Catherine joinedActif Group in November last year with a brief to revitalise the Elle productoffer. Previously she has held posts at Ted Baker plc, where she was involved indeveloping their womenswear offer. Separately, the Company announces that Julian Ghinn, Group Finance Director,will be leaving Actif Group in October 2005 after three years service. CharlesO'Rorke, who has been with the Company since 1999 as Financial Controller, hasbeen promoted to the position of Finance Director Designate and is expected tobe appointed to the Board in the near future.
