Actif Group PLC19 December 2005 19 December 2005 ACTIF GROUP PLC ('ACTIF') BOARD CHANGES Actif Group plc is delighted to announce the appointment to its Board of MichaelLouis Conitzer as a new Non executive Director. Michael Louis Conitzer is thenew non-executive investor director appointed on behalf Hatzioannou Holdings,which holds 10.6% of Actif, pursuant to their investment agreement with ActifGroup Plc. Michael Louis Conitzer brings with him over 35 years of experience in theclothing industry starting as a Management trainee with Marks & Spencer Plc. Hewas the C.E.O. of the fashion retailers Stirling Cooper Shops Plc for 8 years.He is currently the C.E.O. of the specialist sportswear retailer King's RoadSporting Club having been one of its founders. He has also been a shareholder ofActif Group since before it floated, and was instrumental in helping the companyattain the Elle licence. Mr Conitzer currently holds 600,000 shares in Actif. Michael Louis Conitzer, aged 61, is currently a director of American ActivewearCorporation Limited and Angelo Dundee's 5th St Gym Limited. Within the lastfive years Mr Conitzer has been a director of Beachlife Limited, Ostrich Farms(U.K.) Limited, Ostrix Limited and Monitree Limited. Mr Conitzer was a directorof Body Plus Retail Limited from 14 August 1992 to 19 April 1996, which enteredinto creditors voluntary liquidation in August 1994. There is no further information required to be disclosed under Schedule 2paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
