(1)27,000,000 shares have been cancelled at par value of NTD 10, and the reduction of NTD 270,000,000 in capital was done for total this time.
(2)Before capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital was NTD 28,061,078,280; the number of common shares outstanding was 2,806,107,828. Net worth per share was NTD 20.35.
(3)After capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital was NTD 27,791,078,280; the number of common shares outstanding was 2,779,107,828. Net worth per share was NTD 21.18.
(4)Net worth per share based on the latest self-closing financial statements.
