(2) Before capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital was NTD28,347,268,280; the number of common shares outstanding was 2,834,726,828. Net worth per share was NTD 20.35.
(3) After capital reduction: The amount of paid-in capital was NTD28,061,078,280; the number of common shares outstanding was 2,806,107,828. Net worth per share was NTD 20.35.
