Asian Citrus was notified on 20 November 2012 that Wellington Management Company, LLP sold 97,481 ordinary shares on 16 November 2012 at average price of HK$3.445 (equivalent to 28.02 pence).
Following the above transaction, Wellington Management Company, LLP now holds 73,086,925 ordinary shares representing 5.99% of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
