Asian Citrus Holdings Ltd19 October 2006 19 October 2006 Asian Citrus Holdings Limited Dividend Declaration The Board of Asian Citrus Holdings plc is recommending a maiden final dividendof RMB0.62 per share. This equates to 15% of earnings per share for the yearended 30 June 2006 which the Board views as a prudent level of payout to provideshareholders with a favourable cash return. The final dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting on 1 December2006, will be paid on 29 December 2006, to shareholders on the register 1December 2006, with an ex-dividend date of 29 November 2006.
