Asian Citrus Holdings Ltd16 October 2007 For immediate release 16 October 2007 Asian Citrus Holdings Limited Final Dividend Announcement After the release of its preliminary results and final dividend declarationearlier today, Asian Citrus would like to amend the ex date of the finaldividend from 28 November 2007 to 5 December 2007. As previously announced thefinal dividend of RMB0.68, if approved at the Annual General Meeting on 7December 2007, will be paid in sterling on or before 28 December 2007 toshareholders on the register on 7 December 2007.
