Tawa 2007 Deferred Share Bonus Plan
Tawa plc ("the Company") announces that it was advised on 6 October 2008 that the Trustees of the Tawa 2007 Deferred Share Bonus Plan (the 'Plan'), purchased 18,000 Tawa plc ordinary shares of 10p each at an average price of £0.77p per share to satisfy awards granted to the Company's executive directors and employees on 17 July 2008. Including the purchase made on 6 October the Trustees have acquired 235,000 shares to satisfy these awards.
The registered holder of the shares is Appleby Trust (Jersey) Limited as trustee of Tawa plc Employee Benefit Trust.
