Accuma Group PLC29 April 2008 Accuma Group Plc ("Accuma" or "the Group") RE: BOARD CHANGES Following the significant changes made to the Group's operations over the pastsix months and in particular the decrease in trading volumes experienced, theBoard has decided to combine the role of Group Finance Director and GroupOperations Director. Consequently Edward Armitage is stepping down from the Board of Accuma withimmediate effect and is to leave the Group at the end of May. Andrew Blandwill be combining his role as Group Operations Director with newresponsibilities as Group Finance Director.
