Accuma Group PLC30 November 2007 Accuma Group plc ("Accuma" or "the Company" or "the Group") Potential Offer Update On 11 October 2007, Accuma announced that it had received a number of approacheswhich might or might not lead to an offer for the entire issued share capital ofthe Company. Since that date the Company has been in discussions with a number of parties andhas received a number of indicative offers. None of the offers received has, inthe view of the Directors, reflected the underlying value of the business andaccordingly, all such discussions have now terminated. Despite challenging markets, particularly in the IVA sector, the businessmaintains sufficient cash for earn out commitments and believes the currenteconomic climate will favour the Group's full solutions platform.
