Accuma Group PLC27 July 2007 Press Release 27 July 2007 Accuma Group Plc ("Accuma" or "the Company" or "the Group") Board Appointment & Director's Grant of Options Accuma Group plc, a leading provider of consumer financial solutions, is pleasedto announce the following appointment to its main Board: Mr Andrew Bland (aged 36) has been appointed Operations Director for the Group.He has previously held a number of senior commercial roles and is a Member ofthe Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a Licensed InsolvencyPractitioner. The Board further announces that it has today granted options over 330,000Ordinary Shares at an option price of £0.25p per share to Andrew Bland. These options are exercisable for a period beginning 27th August 2009 and endingon the day prior to the 5th anniversary of the grant and are subject toperformance criteria.
