Accident Exchange Group plc ("the Company")

POSTING OF CIRCULAR

Further to the announcement on 1 September the Company is pleased to announce that the circular to convene a general meeting to propose a resolution to approve the cancellation of admission of the ordinary shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange and to listing on the Official List has been posted to shareholders.

The General Meeting is scheduled to take place at 3.00 p.m. on 1 October 2010 at the offices of DLA Piper, Victoria Square House, Birmingham, B2 4DL and the circular is now available for download on the Company's website at www.accidentexchangegroup.com.
