ISSUE OF EQUITY
Access Intelligence plc (AIM: ACC) a leading supplier of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for reputation and operational risk management, announces that it has today issued 1,354,624 ordinary shares ("New Ordinary Shares") of 0.5p each to a former employee. 1,161,106 of the New Ordinary Shares have been issued by way of exercise of options pursuant to the Group's EMI Scheme, with the balance of 193,518 New Ordinary Shares being issued on exercise of warrants transferred to the former employee as announced on 1 September 2014.
The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on 13 February 2017.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Group's total issued share capital on Admission will consist of 287,623,075 ordinary shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Group, under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
