In accordance withΒ Financial Services AuthorityΒ Disclosure andΒ Transparency Rules, the Company advises that its issued share capitalΒ at the date of this announcementΒ comprisesΒ 55,092,891Β Ordinary shares ofΒ 4pΒ each. The voting rights of all of these shares are identicalΒ with each share carrying the right to one vote.Β The Company does not hold anyΒ Ordinary shares in treasury.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine ifΒ they are required to notify their interest in, orΒ a change to their interest in the CompanyΒ under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
