Employee Benefit Trust

The Company was notified on 1 April 2010 that on the same day Albemarle & Bond Trustee Limited as Trustee of the Albemarle & Bond Pawnbrokers Limited Employee Benefit Trust ("the EBT"), purchased 200,000 Ordinary shares of 4p each at a price of 235p per share. Following this purchase, the EBT is interested in 581,667 Ordinary shares representing 1.05% of the Company's total issued share capital.
