Associated British Foods plc (the 'Company') confirms that the Annual Report and Accounts 2023, Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 and Form of Proxy are being posted shortly to shareholders.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts 2023 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 are available on the Company's website www.abf.co.uk.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, the Company has submitted a copy of each of the following documents to the National Storage Mechanism:

· Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 16 September 2023;

· Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023; and

· Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting 2023.
