AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP), the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing, simulation and measurement products to the global transport market, announces that it was notified that on 10 March 2022, Mr Mark Allman, Managing Director of Anthony Best Dynamics Ltd, purchased 5,272 ordinary shares in AB Dynamics, each at a price of 1100 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Mr Allman has an interest of 5,272 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.02% of the Company's current issued share capital.
