AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry announces that on 27 April 2018 Rob Hart sold 1,180 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 1,001.40 pence per share, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
On 27 April 2018, Wendy Hart, wife of Rob Hart, disposed of 1,180 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 1001.40 pence per share representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Following the sale, Mr Hart together with his wife Wendy Hart remain interested in 13,012 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 27 April 2018, Mat Hubbard sold 5,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 1,000.00 pence per share, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the sale, Mr Hubbard together with his wife Lynn Fener remain interested in 109,649 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 26 April 2018, Steve Neads sold 30,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 998.50 pence per share, representing 0.15% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the sale Mr Neads remains interested in 107,986 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.56% of the Company's issued share capital.

Overview of AB Dynamics plc
ABD is a leading designer, manufacturer and provider of advanced testing and measurement products for vehicle suspension, brakes and steering to the global automotive research and development sector. The Group was founded in 1982 and listed on AIM in May 2013. The Group is headquartered in Bradford on Avon employing approximately 130 staff. ABD currently supplies twenty of the top twenty automotive manufacturers, including Honda, Toyota, Ford and Volkswagen, who routinely use the Group's products to test vehicle safety and dynamics.
