PDMR dealing
Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of innovative protein research tools, was today notified that on 25 April 2014, Ed Ralph, a PDMR of the Company, sold 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company (Ordinary Shares), and his wife, Victoria Ralph also sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares, both trades at a price of 390.25p per Ordinary Share.
Following these transactions, Dr Ralph's total beneficial interest in the Company (including that of his spouse) is 340,352 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.17 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.
