Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of life science research tools, was notified on 18 April 2017 that on 13 April 2017, the Trustees of the Abcam plc Share Incentive Plan ("Plan") purchased Ordinary Shares of 0.2 pence each in the Company at a price of £8.44 per share under the Plan's provision for dividend re-investment on behalf of the persons listed below:
