Details of the financial terms of this agreement, and the identity of theantibody manufacturer, are confidential although it is expected that therelationship has the potential to create significant value going forwards. This agreement is in line with the Company's strategy of expanding its antibodycatalogue and marks the latest in a series of distribution deals completed byAbcam following the Company's flotation in November 2005. These distributionagreements are complementary to the Company's in-house production of antibodiesat the recently opened high-throughput production (HTP) laboratory in CambridgeUK.
