Cambridge, UK: Abcam plc (AIM: ABC), a global leader in the supply of protein research tools, makes the following disclosure pursuant to paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.

KCP Youth, a charity upon which Sue Harris, a Director of the Company, served as chair of trustees, was placed into members' voluntary liquidation and was dissolved on 19 May 2015.

There are no other disclosures required in relation to paragraph (g) (v) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules for Companies.
