Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove, "J.P. Morgan Cazenove") as the Company's nominated adviser and as joint corporate broker with immediate effect. Peel Hunt LLP will continue as joint corporate broker.
