Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), the world's first full service innovation provider offering a range of consultancy and technology products, announces that copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been sent to shareholders and a copy is also available from the Company's website www.imaginatik.com.

The AGM will be held at Marriott Harrison LLP, 11 Staple Inn, London WC1V 7QH on Wednesday 23 September at 1pm.
