Management Appointment

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK), a leading provider of cost reduction, process improvement and collaborative innovation software and processes, is pleased to announce that Geoff Carss has been appointed Vice President of Professional Services. Previously head of sales and partnering, Geoff will oversee the development of the professional services team.

Professional Services, which in the year to March 2008 accounted for approximately 17% of yearly revenues, has been identified by the Board as a key focus for Imaginatik in the year ahead. The Company's software is an effective management tool, which has the ability to deliver high levels of ROI. The Professional Services division will be building upon the successes being achieved by Imaginatik's growing user base, to assist clients in achieving more with the software, whilst increasing the level of use of Idea Central within client organisations.
