Contract Wins

Imaginatik plc (AIM: IMTK.L), a leading provider of enterprise innovation solutions including a range of technology products and consultancy, is pleased to announce the signing of a minimum three year contract, with an option for a further two years, with Yara International ASA ("Yara"). Yara is a leading chemical company that converts energy, natural minerals and nitrogen into essential products for farmers and industrial customers. The contract is worth approximately $500,000 for the initial term. This contract builds on an initial annual contract signed in February 2011.

Imaginatik will continue to deliver innovation services to Yara, consisting of a combination of consultancy supported by technology, helping Yara to build its innovation competency.

This is the seventh multi-year contract signed in the financial year ended 31 March 2012 (2011: nil).

Imaginatik also added two new pilot projects to its customer list towards the end of the year, both of which are for companies in the energy sector. The Company will seek to move these clients onto full annual contracts during the course of the current financial year.
